For Corina!
This is Summer, my friend Corina's beautiful daughter. They came up for the afternoon for a fun little picture outing. I think Summer thinks I am a little strange with some of the places and things we used as background....but hopefully she likes her pictures and won't think I am quite so strange anymore! =) Thank ya'll for making the trip up here, hope you like them!!

Baby Kaeden
This evening I got the chance to photograph a beautiful newborn baby boy~Kaeden! Kaeden is 17 days old and so handsome! His big brother-Kameron and big sister Kayleigh got in a couple of shots. They are all so precious. Whheeeewwww newborns are tough. I have a lot to learn that is for sure, but I figure this is the way to do it-hands on and lots of practice!

My first photography "job" =)
Yesterday I had my first paying photography session with Jody, her beautiful little girls, her best friend and her beautiful children. I was very excited and very nervous at the same time! Nervous becuase I really wanted to make sure that they will feel the session was worth their hard earned money. I took over 350 pictures and out of that, narrowed it down to just over 100 shots for their CD. These are a sneek peek for Jody....a few of my favorites! Thank you Jody for allowing me to do these for you! I had a great time and I hope you enjoy them!

My new models!
Ok so I put out a bulletin on my myspace page for all my middle school and high school girls on my friends list. I wanted someone with a prom or pageant dress that they could get dirty to go out and take some fun pictures around town. Well no one repsonded as fast as I wanted them to....so I kidnapped (with parental permission LOL) 2 of my middle school friends in the neighborhood, threw some dresses on them (one of them was mine and we had to cinch it up with some clothes pins in the back-hey-whatever works right) Anywho...off we went bouncing around town looking for old, rusty, interesting stuff to strike a pose in front of! The first thing we went to was an old bathtub I have been eyeing, but we will have to go back to re-shoot that on another day in the morning when the sun light is coming from the opposite direction. We had a lot of fun and it is tempting to post all the pictures...but here are some of my fave...LEAVE ME SOME COMMENTS-that way I know SOMEBODY is looking at this thing!

The best of friends!
Since we will be moving overseas soon, I am really wanting some special pictures of my daughter and her friends. So this Thursday we set out around the neighborhood to take some fun photos! Coming soon...more friends...and pictures of my son and his friends!

Henderson Beach on Memorial Day
Memorial Day was our third day in a row at the beach. Needless to say we were wore out by the end of the weekend. On Monday, we went to Henderson Beach in Destin with our Bible Fellowship Group....here are a few of my favorite shots!

Apalachicola
So to try out my new toy, I dragged my kids and my cousins all over Apalachicola. We were visiting my parents for the weekend and Apalach is such a cool little town. Lots of historic buildings and the beach close by. A trip to Nana's and Papa's during warm weather isn't the same without a trip to the beach! Here are some of my favorites from the weekend....hope you enjoy!
